- Tomatoes

- Rice, cooked

- Vinaigrette

- Salt

- Pepper (optional)

Method

1. Skin and deseed the tomatoes, cut into 0.5cm dice.

2. Mix with the rice and peas.

3. Add the vinaigrette and correct the seasoning.
