Diamond’s step-father Uncle Shamte has disclosed that he longs for the day his son will get married. According to him, he can’t wait to be a witness when Diamond ties the knot. Speaking to Global Publishers, Uncle Shamte added that it will be an affair of pure bliss to be present at Diamond’s wedding.
“Furaha itapitiliza. Furaha huwa haijifichi, mtaiona. Mimi binafsi natamani nishuhudie Diamond akioa kwa sababu namjua mwanangu. Napenda nimuone akifanya jambo hilo, (It will be full of joy. You cannot hide happiness; you will see it. I personally wish I could witness Diamond getting married because I know my son. I would like to see him do it)” he said.
His statement comes barely a day after Diamond revealed that he is in a happy relationship without disclosing any names.
"Niko kwenye mahusiano na nina furaha .I enjoy mahusiano yangu yananipa raha na amani huba limetaradadi mahaba ndi ndi ndi…” (I am in a relationship and I am happy. My relationship has given me so much satisfaction),” he said.
Diamond has been rumored to be dating Zuchu but none of them has come out to admit or deny the allegations.

"Diamond knows my boyfriend,” said Zuchu.
On his part, Diamond said Zuchu is a colleague who is close to him and is making strides in the entertainment scene.
"Zuchu ni msanii wangu na somo la kwanza kuja naye red carpet.....amekua sasa. Mara ya kwanza nilimleta hapa mtoto na sahi amekuwa msanii mkubwa so namleta tena…” (Zuchu is signed under my label and she has now come of age…that is why I brought her to this event which is the first of many).
