Church leaders and politicians opposed to the Proposed Constitution will on Sunday hold prayers in Machakos town.
The clergy drawn from various churches will converge at the Machakos Municipal Stadium for the prayers.
Retired President Daniel Moi and MPs, led by Ministers William Ruto, Samuel Poghisio and Naomi Shabaan, are also expected to grace the prayers.
Machakos Town MP Victor Munyaka said that the ‘No’ team had made inroads in Ukambani adding that the document should be rejected.

Munyaka said those opposed to the draft had raised concerns over the creation of powerful presidency as well as issues regarding land, devolution and abortion, which they said should have been resolved.
