Lawmakers are tonight on the spot following allegations made on the floor of the house that Mutito Member of Parliament Kiema Kilonzo extorted cash from a private company in order to drop a question.  Assistant Minister for Finance Oburu Oginga has promised to table an affidavit confirming the claim Tuesday next week.  And as Patrick Amimo reports, a section of analysts we spoke to agree that many of our law makers cannot pass a leadership and ethical integrity test.
