In the conversation, the county boss has directed the county's communication team to arrange for interviews with vernacular stations in the county to have top administration officers fight back "negative media" reports.

Another official suggested that the county comes up with its newsletter for free distribution to the locals to battle the “negative reporting” by the mainstream media.
