Migori Governor Okoth Obado was released on a Sh5million bail on Wednesday morning but a section of netizens was far from impressed.
During the bail ruling, Justice Jessie Lesiit ordered Obado to submit his travel documents but his co-accused Michael Oyamo (personal assistant) and Migori County Clerk Caspal Obiero will remain in custody after being denied bail.
This decision did not go down well with netizens who termed the ruling unfair.
