Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen on Saturday 18 August raised eyebrows among netizens after gifting President Uhuru Kenyatta a belt.
State House Digital Director Dennis Itumbi posted the picture of the two and captioned it ‘Senator @kipmurkomen buys the boss, President @UKenyatta a belt’.
However, Kenyans on social media has different reactions concerning the gift to the President.
Some said that the ‘friendship’ is attributed to President Uhuru’s lifestyle audit on the legislators.
