Opposition leader Raila Odinga paid Kenya’s former president Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi a visit at his house in Kabarak, Nakuru on April 12, 2018.
Raila, who was accompanied by Mvita MP Abdulswamwad Shariff Nassir and Vihiga Senator George Khaniri, held a closed-door meeting with Moi to discuss the state of the nation.
“This morning H.E Odinga visited Former President Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi at his home Kabarak. The leaders discussed the state of the Kenyan nation and stability. President Moi recently returned back to Kenya from treatment abroad and H.E Odinga wished him well,” read the statement by Raila’s spokesman Dennis Onyango.

Raila said that the Baringo Senator and former MP Nick Salat welcomed them on arrival for the meeting
“Baringo Senator Hon Gideon Moi and Nick Salat welcomed the delegation. Other leaders present included Hons Geoge Khaniri and Abduslwamad Sharrif Nassir,” said Raila.
