Chief Justice David Maraga has declared that August 8 presidential election was not conducted according to the constitution.
"A declaration is hereby issued that the presidential election was not conducted in accordance with the constitution.." Said CJ David Maraga.
The IEBC has been ordered to conduct another elections in 60 days.
