Baringo, Kenya: One man is feared dead and fate of several others unknown after suspected bandits attacked Kesumet village in Bartabwa in Baringo North.
According to residents heavy fire exchange has persisted since 9am after bandits clashed with Kenya police reservists. Residents are now appealing for immediate police deployment in the area.
There have been increased attacks in the area despite deployment of KDF last month following the brutal killing of 19 police officers in Kapedo at the Baringo-Turkana border.
