Manchester United are reportedly not following up their interest in Leicester striker Jamie Vardy.
The Red Devils had drawn up a three-man striker shortlist as they look to ease the goalscoring burden on Romelu Lukaku, with Vardy joined by Alexis Sanchez and Javier Hernandez.
But according to the Leicester Mercury, Vardy looks set to stay at the King Power Stadium, with the Red Devils set to pursue other targets.
Manchester United’s main efforts now will go into landing wantaway Arsenal man Sanchez, with the club boosted by reports that rivals Manchester City are not willing to increase their £20million bid.
