Kenya U-19 cricket team faces Uganda today in a must-win match if they are to have a chance of qualifying for the World Cup in New Zealand in 2018.
The match, to be played at Nairobi Gymkhana will be both sides’ last tie in the ongoing ICC Africa U-19s World Cup Qualifier.
The other teams in tournament are Botswana and Ghana who have no chance of making it to New Zealand because the former have lost all five matches and the latter have registered only a single win against the latter.
So far, Uganda have registered five wins out of five while Kenya have four wins, and their solitary loss was against Uganda, who beat them by 69 runs on Tuesday.
