Little-known Ramisi of Kwale clash with Mombasa’s Tononoka School in boys’ football final as the Coast Region Secondary Schools Term Two B Games conclude at Kilifi Township School today.
Hamisi Raso scored a hat-trick in the 14th, 24th and 65th minutes to steer Ramisi through to the final after beating Kenyatta Mwatate from Taita Taveta County 3-0.
In another semi-final, Tononoka needed extra time to edge out Garsen of Tana River 2-1 after a 1-1 draw in regular time.
In the girls’ matches, champions St Johns Kaloleni were to play Mwijo in an all-Kilifi county semi-final affair while Kwale Girls School and Bale from Kilifi were to face in another semi-final last evening.
The competition has witnessed 107 goals scored so far.

Kwale Girls sailed to semi-finals after they whitewashed Hongwe of Lamu and Hirimani of Tana River with identical 14-0 victories. In the match against Hongwe, Elizabeth Katungwa, Catherine Aringo, Lucky Kwekwe and Amina Mwakuni scored a hat-trick each with Milka Omondi adding a brace for the victory.
In other Pool ‘B’ girls matches Mwijo from Kilifi clobbered Hirimana 9-1 before crashing Hongwe 13-0 also to qualify for the semi-finals.
