Arsenal will try and land Stevan Jovetic as Inter Milan look to offload the forward.
Inter took Jovetic on a season-long loan from Manchester City at the start of last season with the obligation to buy him for £11.5million at the end of the deal.
But Inter are now reportedly looking to move the Montenegrin striker on and will ask for the £11.5million fee off suitors, so they can pay off City.
Arsenal are believed to have shown an initial interest in a potential deal but they will have to battle with Spartak Moscow for his signature.
Meanwhile, talks are stalling between Arsenal and Roma over a deal to extend Wojciech Szczesny's loan.
