Joshua Mang'wari, the younger brother of missing blogger and journalist Bogonko Bosire died by suicide on Friday, January 14.
His demise was confirmed by his sister Winnie Nyang'anyi who suspects Joshua was overwhelmed by taking care of their ailing father, David Bosire.
Detailing events that took place before Joshua's demise, Nyang'anyi said her brother came home while drunk on Monday last week.
Speaking to The Standard on phone, Nyang'anyi said her brother then drank something from a bottle. After which their mother, Esther Bosire, called for help.
Joshua was rushed to a private hospital where he was stabilised before being transferred to a District facility but he died on Friday.

Bogonko Bosire went missing on Wednesday, September 2013. He ran the Jackal News website that gained prominence for publishing, what in certain quarters, was seen as sleaze.
