Eldama-Ravine, Kenya: Eleven people died in a road accident at Eldama Ravine-Makutano junction.
The accident involved a 10 seater North Rift PSV Vehicle and a trailer. The trailer that was headed to Eldoret had a head on collission with the matatu ferrying passengers to Nairobi.
The accident occurred at around 7am.
Traffic police officers are at the scene led by Rift Valley Traffic Enforcement Officer Mary Omare.
