Parliament has said no to a report recommending that former Transport Cabinet Secretary Michael Kamau be held responsible for exposing the country to a loss of Sh17 billion through his handling of the controversial Kenya Duty Free shops case.
The Public Investments committee had recommended indictment of the CS.
