Arsenal will battle with Tottenham to sign Toulouse sensation Issa Diop, according to France Football.
The central defender has been impressing in the south of France this campaign, with Paris Saint-Germain also said to be monitoring his future.
Arsenal and Spurs scouts are believed to have travelled to Toulouse games specifically to watch Diop.
The 20-year-old, who remains under contract until summer 2020, has scored two goals this campaign.
