A 30-year-old man admitted in court to have killed his Ugandan friend after the latter refused to accompany him to an alcohol joint.
Arthur Njenga pleaded guilty before Justice Janet Mulwa of killing Musunguzi Othuma on May 2, 2019 at Eastmore area in Nakuru County.
Mulwa ordered a probation report on the accused to be presented in court on March 11 by the probation officer.
“The accused bail has been extended, probation report to be conducted on the accused person,” ordered the court.
Njenga is said to have hit the deceased on his head with a hammer in his house after they quarreled over refusal to take Othuma to a local joint to get more alcohol.
