Brazil superstar Ronaldinho will not be in the country during the World Cup. The Fifa World player is among top Brazilian players who are dissatisfied with everything about the games that have cost the country a fortune to organise.

The bone of contention stems from his exclusion from Brazil’s 23-man squad. Coach Phil Scolari excluded Ronaldinho from his squad for unspecified reasons.

Consequently, during the World Cup, Ronaldinho said he will be on holiday out of the country. He has, therefore, put his house up for grabs for anyone who wants to rent it.

“Ronaldinho is happy for anyone to stay in his beautiful five-bedroom mansion in the Barra da Tijuca area of Rio,” reported Metro Sports, an online paper.

Football fans wishing to stay in the house would part with £9,000 (Sh1.33 million) per night. Quite a fortune only an Anglo Leasing ghost can afford.

Ronaldinho follows in the footsteps of his counterpart Ronaldo, who also is not happy with the way the World Cup has been organised.

Ronaldo last week lamented of how the country’s government scaled down or did away with some key infrastructure that it had promised to put up before the tournament.
