Ashley Young is unhappy with Manchester United after the club stopped him from joining Inter Milan during the current transfer window, according to reports.
Red Devils’ captain Young is believed to have already agreed to join the Serie A club as a free agent when his contract expires at the end of the season.
However, it is understood that the former England international hopes to link up with Antonio Conte’s side before the end of January.
Although Inter are thought to be prepared to pay a fee to bring the 34-year-old to the San Siro as soon as possible, The Daily Mail reports that United are currently unwilling to let him leave this month.
According to the publication, the Premier League club do not want to lose Young due to the number of defensive injuries they have, leaving the veteran frustrated.
