The two were in Addis Ababa for the 11th African Union Extraordinary Summit.
The AU summit is expected to discuss how the organ can be further reformed to efficiently deliver for Africans.

Raila Odinga was in the event as the AU High Representative for Infrastructure Development in Africa.
Also In attendance was South African President Cyril Ramaphosa and President Kagame, the current Chairperson of the African Union.
