Taxpayers part with Sh40,000 to pay for Government staff's dog food every month

Some government officials who have been poorly paid for years have approached grapevine with claims a senior member of a commission enjoys her life in a way none does.

They claim the commissioner has dogs who are allocated Sh40,000 for feeds each month while the house girl is paid Sh35,000.
