In the recent by elections held in Kericho and Malindi, it is clear that IEBC is not able to conduct the general elections.
Several members of parliament were caught bribing voters and dishing out money to bribe voters, others were caught red-handed but up to now no action has been taken over IEBC.
Chapter 66 of the constitution talks clearly about election and offences act and this should apply to those who were found committing these offences.
It is clear that Kenyans have lost trust in IEBC and the officials should do the honorable thing which is to resign.
We need people who are serious in managing elections in this country; people who will spare Kenyans from the post-elections negativity.
