Taxpayers should act as watchdogs

Is Kenya bankrupt? I tend to ask myself where taxpayers’ money is going.

I have seen projects in counties paralysed due to lack of funds from the national government.

We all need to act as watchdogs because some Government officials are misappropriating money allocated for different projects.

The national government should also disburse allocations to counties promptly so that projects can go on.

As funds are disbursed, taxpayers should ensure that the money is put to good use and it’s not misused by county officials.
