National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale and Kericho Senator Charles Keter have insisted that former premier Raila Odinga must record a statement with police over the Kenyan cases at the International Criminal Court (ICC).
The duo were reacting to Raila's statement on Friday that Deputy President William Ruto and his co-accused were not guilty of the charges they face at The Hague-based court.
They were at Litein in Bureti Constituency during the issuance of driving licences to tens of boda boda operators and certificates to hairdressers sponsored through the Constituency Development Fund.
Duale and Keter reminded the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy co-principal that confession was not a family issue, and that he must break his eight-year silence.
"Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko instructed police to get statements from Raila Odinga, Kisumu Senator Anyang' Nyong'o, Narc leader Martha Karua and Gatundu MP Moses Kuria. We are not interested in Oburu Odinga.

"We are telling Raila Odinga and his cohorts that he was part and parcel of the schemes and individuals who fixed the Deputy President and he cannot change that script," alleged Duale.
Duale also warned Rift Valley leaders from the Kalenjin community who skip prayer rallies for the DP and Sang.
Keter argued that the former PM had begun his vindictive crusade against members of the Kalenjin community by firing him as an assistant minister for Energy in 2010.
At the same time, Jubilee leaders want Raila to record a statement regarding the ICC cases facing Ruto and Sang.
Led by Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen, the leaders warned some leaders against using the ICC matters to gain political mileage ahead of the 2017 General Election.
"The ICC will not be the basis under which the next leadership position of this country will be determined but we want the truth on what transpired on this whole issue," stated Murkomen.
