Candidates for the sales positions should have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a marketing related field and five years work experience.

Based in Mombasa and reporting to the transport manager, the successful candidate for the fleet co-ordinator position will be required to oversee smooth and efficient operations of assigned trucks.
S/he will be involved in planning and co-ordinating trucks’ operations to meet the budgeted divisions turn-round per truck.
Two trucks
Those applying for the sub-contracting positions should have good negotiation skills as they will be involved in negotiating rates with sub-contractors to ensure a win-win situation for the parties involved.
They will also take part in planning, strategising and co-ordinating trucks operations.
Siginon was started in 1985 in Mombasa with only two trucks and four employees.
Today, Siginon boasts of a workforce of over 200 in four cities and one town in the East Africa.
