Treasury Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich is appearing before the Directorate of Criminal Investigations in Kiambu to be grilled in connection with payout in the Sh21 billion dam scandal.
This is the second day of questioning for the Treasury boss after appearing before the detectives on Tuesday where he was questioned for 12 hours.
The DCI is investigating the payouts of Sh21 billion in the Kimwarer and Arrom dam projects in Elgeyo Marakwet County.
Yesterday, the minister arrived before the detectives at 5.40am with his lawyer Katwa Kigen. By 6.30pm, sources revealed that the detectives had already covered half of the questions.

The grilling was postponed upon the request of his lawyer which was made at 7.30pm. Their request was granted hence the continuation of the session on Wednesday.
