The six men pleaded guilty and were each fined Sh3,500 or two months in jail if they failed to pay the fine.
His co-accused told the court that Wambugu could not speak nor hear.
Juma ordered that he be produced in court today when a sign language expert will be availed to assist him take his plea.
Wambugu was remanded in police custody, as he could not ask the court to release him on bond.
