A leading motor vehicle dealer has embarked on a journey to promote road safety and donate relief food to drought-stricken residents.
DT Dobie flagged off five pickups for the epic journey from Mombasa to Lodwar that covers 2500 kilometres on Sunday at a colourful ceremony held at their Mombasa showroom.
The Nissan Challenge 2012, will see the convoy cover 25 counties in six days and finally deliver 1000 kilograms of relief to Nasiger Primary School in Lodwar.
The campaign involves a range of two Nissan hardbody pickups known as Atoti and Haichoki, Nissan NP200 called Mchapakazi and the Nissan Navara and Nissan Patrol.
