A gang of ten robbed a businessman of Sh23, 000 at gunpoint in East Kamagak, Rachuonyo South Sub-county.
The businessman, Samson Oluoch, sustained deep cuts in the head and was admitted at Matata Nursing Home in Oyugis town.
Witnesses said two of the gangsters were armed with shotguns when they invaded Oluoch's shop.
The witnesses said the gangsters’ getaway vehicle had no registration plates. County Police Commander John Omusanga said they were looking for the robbers.
