A senior county officer whose love life was once the talk of town shocked Kenyans holidaying in Dubai when he appeared with a new woman who clearly was not his wife.
According to our sources, the man, who publicly dumped his first wife, was heard complaining of poor service in a one of the hotels.
He is also said to have been splashing money around and riding in very expensive taxis.
