Songbirds Arrow Bwoy and Nadia Mukami are the newest engaged couple in town. In a move that fans have been holding their breath for, Arrow Bwoy finally went down on one knee and popped the question on Saturday Night during the launch of his very first album.
The massive and well-attended album launch at The Junction was also a celebration of their love. The two arrived in style together, in a convoy of flashy vehicles escorted by security and were treated to a VIP reception.
The event was emceed by top notch Kenyan emcees like Eric Omondi, Obinna, Chris Kirwa, among others.
Arrow Bwoy performed over seven songs from the album, to the delight of the fans. The biggest highlight for the attendees was when he performed together with Sanaipei Tande. The performance, which seemed to evoke deep emotions from both of them, was met with raucous applause from the crowd.
Arrow Bwoy then asked if he could invite his best friend onstage, and when Nadia appeared, the crowd went wild as the two belted out their collaborations such as Raha and Radio Love.
They then launched into the story of their on and off romance, talking about how people had tried to keep them apart in the past, and that despite having been through a lot, thanked God that they had pulled through it all and were now together.
Arrow Bwoy then asked Nadia to turn around and show the fans her baby bump. As she turned, Arrow Bwoy took the ring out of his pocket, and by the time she had turned back around, he was down on one knee, and asked her to marry him.
Nadia’s enthusiastic ‘Yes’ then ended the event on a high note.
