The former security guard accused her of “grabbing his butt, touching his groin and exposing herself to him."

Kris Jenner has strongly denied two new allegations of sexual misconduct and “racist” behaviour towards her ex-bodyguard Marc McWilliams. Describing them as "wrong and scandalous", the Kardashian momager's reps suggest the claims are "designed to coerce Ms Jenner into silence via a settlement."

Last year, McWilliams, 44, accused Kris, 65, of “grabbing his butt, touching his groin and exposing herself to him". In a statement, Kris' lawyer told Daily Mail on Wednesday: "This lawsuit, filed back in September, has yet to be served on Ms Jenner and involves events alleged to have occurred more than two years ago. The allegations are not only wrong and scandalous, but seem designed to coerce Ms. Jenner into silence via a settlement. This will not happen," Kris' lawyer continued.

"Rather, Ms. Jenner fully intends to seek vindication at trial, armed with evidence that will show the falsity of the claims being made. Following that, Ms. Jenner will pursue all of her available legal remedies to protect her good name and reputation and to hold those who brought this suit accountable."

McWilliams - who worked for the famous family in 2017 and 2018 - last year filed his first lawsuit that claimed he has experienced sexual harassment, racial discrimination and other “outrageous” and “despicable” acts while on the job. The former security guard - who is seeking a jury trial - has also named Kourtney Kardashian, 41, in his lawsuit. Though there isn't a claim against Kourtney, McWilliamson named her because he worked as her bodyguard at the time, too.

However, it's her mother who allegedly subjected him to a "pattern of unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances and otherwise harassing misconduct," he claims in the court papers. It's reported that neither Kris, Kourtney nor Marc were present on Wednesday's hearing at Los Angeles Superior Court. Marc's lawyer Elisheva Rafael reportedly attended via phone call.

His lawyer told Judge Susan Bryant-Deason that she's currently in the process of filing an amended complaint which will contain “two new allegations against Kris Jenner".

The judge has ordered for the amended complaint to be filed "within a week". McWilliams also claims that Kris' behaviour was "unwelcome" and claims that he had asked her to stop.

"But Jenner ignored all such requests and persisted with this inappropriate misconduct," he said in court docs. However Kris has denied all such claims.

The former security guard - who is African American - is also alleging racial discrimination, including, "pervasive and cruel mockery, harassment, belittling, and otherwise humiliating mistreatment by defendants due to (his) race".

In September last year, Kris was accused of showing a “pattern of unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances and otherwise harassing misconduct” in legal documents obtained by The Sun. McWilliams claimed that Kris made "lewd suggestive, sexual, sexist, racist, homophobic and otherwise discriminatory comments at him and his co-workers".

He also claimed that her behaviour began "involving non-consensual physical contact", with his complaints to his HR at his security company being ignored.
