If you are a regular commuter, especially from Ngong, then you know how touts on that route can be a pain in the neck.

They can mishandle you as they try to woo you to hop into their mathrees. John Kirwa, a Ngong resident is not happy with this annoying behaviour.

He claims that a group of more than 10 touts vanished with his luggage for more than an hour as they tried to woo him to board a mathree.

“The terminus is like a market.  Drivers honk and touts harass passengers by pulling their hands and vanishing with their luggage. Something needs to be done,” he complains.
