Some prostitutes are now turning to juju to trap more male clients and witchdoctors are having a field day.
It has now emerged that even women who are not hookers are harvesting sperms by keeping condoms discarded after a sex session for their witch doctors.
A Ngara-based witch doctor in Nairobi told The Nairobian that cases of women who deliver used condoms to ‘keep’ their husbands and lovers is now common.
Daniel Luchiri from Tanzania said, “So far, I have ‘treated’ more than 100 women since last year after delivering used condoms and some of them are married and others are prostitutes. I charge Sh5,000 for that and they have called to thank me for helping them.”
Luchiri explains that once the used condoms are delivered, he employs some ‘liquid medicine’ before tying and throwing them away to keep the man close to the wife or clients or to prostitutes.
“People criticise us that we are con artists but we help even prominent people in the country,” he claims.
And in Mlolongo, prostitutes are still keeping used condoms to retain clients.
Mary Mwikali, a matron at a lodging in Mlolongo told The Nairobian that cases of missing used condoms from dust bins are common and that “upon our enquiry, some women revealed that they collected the condoms which they take to a popular witch doctor in town to trap their customers.”
She added that word has gone round and now men return to the rooms to collect them. Most are truck drivers.
