Centum CEO has refuted reports that he is earning Sh 31.3 million per month The 39-year-old was the best-paid CEO last year when he was earning Sh 16.7 million

Centum Investment CEO James Mworia, one of Kenya’s best paid corporate managers, has come out to clear the air on claims that this year he is earning Sh 31.3 million per month which is Sh 375million annually. In a response to the news about his salary, the CEO clarified that that was the remuneration for the entire management.

The amount that the 39-year-old takes home is particularly unique owing to the fact that his salary is just Sh 2 million which is only a fraction of what he takes home after receiving his compensations.

The amount is mainly compensation he receives from the firm as performance bonuses.
