Missing IEBC ICT manager Chris Msando is dead a day after he was reported missing. According to his family, Msando’s body was found in Kikuyu area.
"The last communication from him was an SMS sent to one of his colleagues at around 3 am on Saturday morning, " IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati said after announcing Msando’s disappearance on Sunday.
Senior IEBC officials are currently at the City Mortuary, Nairobi where his body is.
Earlier, his abandoned car was found at Roysambu near Thika Road Mall.
Msando was one of the few people with knowledge on the location of IEBC servers.

According to police reports, Msando was last spotted on Friday along Mombasa Road in the company of an unidentified female.
