Sorry ladies, but Kenya’s men national football team goalkeeper Arnold Origi is off the market. The 32-year-old engaged his long-time girlfriend, Tanzanian Zulekha Ibrahim Allym, whom he met in Norway where he has been based for the last 10 years.
Full of excitement, Kenya One, as he is christened, took to Instagram to announce the engagement.
“She said Yes,” read one of the captions to a photo of Zulekha’s hand holding a bouquet of flowers.

He is the son to Austin Oduor Origi a Kenyan legend who was a long term captain of Kenyan Premier League side Gor Mahia FC and cousin to Belgian professional footballer Divock Origi who plays as a forward for English Premier League side Liverpool FC. The custodian plays for Lillestrøm in the Norwegian Football Premier League as the first choice goalkeeper.
