When you come to Kenya, you are received with ululations, because handclaps are too mainstream.
That was the scene at today’s GES summit as TV host and anchor Julie Gichuru led the guests in welcoming Barack Obama and Uhuru Kenyatta.
In her welcome speech, the Citizen TV personality lent her voice in the ululations, traditional Kenya style, as she welcomed the 2 heads of states.
This unique welcome is the reason the media personality is trending on Twitter with many applauding the different approach.
