A businessman found himself in trouble for insulting and cursing police officers.
Michael Mutheka, 31, was accused that on August 25 at the Huruma Police Station attempted to strip naked claiming that he wanted to curse them for failing to take action after he allegedly reported a case.
It is alleged he called the cops ‘mongrels’ and ‘lazy dogs’.
According to police records, the suspect, arrived at the station around 9pm and started hurling insults at the cops.
The court heard when one of the officers tried to calm him down, he became violent.

Mutheka was arrested and placed in police custody. He denied the charges and was set free on Sh30,000 cash bail.
The matter will be heard on December 14.
