My son is now stable - Senator James Orengo

Ugenya Senator admitted that his son who had reportedly been rushed to hospital had indeed been unwell but is now out of danger.

“He was sick and was rushed to the hospital. But he is now out of hospital. Like all parents, I was also worried but thank God my son has been discharged and is now at home and in stable condition,” he said.

He however refused to divulge what was ailing him. Betty Murungi, Orengo’s wife, had earlier said her son’s illness was ‘private family matter.’

Bob Orengo had been admitted to a city hospital on Monday and was discharged on Wednesday. It is not clear what was ailing him. Reports had alleged that he fell ill after a night out with friends.
