Congolese musician Shungu Wembadio popularly referred to as Papa Wemba has passed away.
The 66-year-old died during the FEMUA festival in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
A video posted on Youtube shows the singer collapse during his perfomance as emergency workers rush to his side
Musician Koffi Olomide has since taken to social media to pay tribute to Wemba. Koffi posted a photo of the together and captioned it:"Goodbye yaya, thank you"
