Residents of a town in the Rift valley were recently shocked by the strange antics of a first time lawmaker who visited the region for an official function.
For the close to one week, the little known youthful politicians used to cruise the town streets in a convoy of three high-end vehicles, with one serving as a chase car.
The man known for his knack of flashy dressing was always in the company of four mean-looking guards, armed with walkie-talkies, for the entire duration of his stay.
