A school bursar accused of sexually assaulting a girl has complained over failure by the prosecution to present witnesses.
He lodged the complaint after State prosecutor Lydiah Ombega asked for another date, saying the witnesses were not bonded to come and testify.
Fredrick Otieno, the accused, said the investigating officer needed to have explained why she never bonded witnesses to testify in the matter.
