Europa League: Man United held as Lyon come from behind to beat Roma

Last night witnessed Europa league last-16 first leg ties across Europe.

Manchester United took an important away goal back to Old Trafford, after settling for 1-1 draw with Russian side FC Rostov at Olimp 2 Stadium.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan broke the deadlock in the 21^st minute but few minutes into the second half a goal from Rostov’s forward Aleksandar Bukharov put the game into level terms; the hosts held onto that until the 90^th minute.

In another game, Lyon rallied a goal down to register an impressive 4-2 home win over Italian outfit Roma.
