Police are looking for a gang that attacked a Kenya Airways pilot Sunday morning and robbed him at Ongata Rongai in the outskirts of Nairobi. The pilot was driving into his compound when a gang of three struck at about 5am, robbing him of cash and valuables. Police say the pilot was unhurt.
The gang escaped after the robbery. Elsewhere, police are holding two suspects after they were found with three pistols in Nairobi’s Korogocho slums.
Nairobi deputy police boss Moses Ombati said police were looking for more suspects in connection with the seizure that came after a tip-off from the public.
“We are interrogating those in custody to know where they have been been supplying guns,” said Ombati.
