Father of two charged with having unnatural act with a donkey

 A father of two was arraigned in a Naivasha court charged with having unnatural act with a donkey.

Members of the public and court orderlies were left in shock after the middle aged man was arraigned before Naivasha Chief Magistrate Stephen Githinji charged with the offence.

Twenty eight year old Ezekiel Njagi Njeri was charged that on the 1st of January 2014 he had carnal knowledge of a donkey.

According to the prosecution, the accused was caught red handed committing the act in Karate village in Naivasha.

Irate members of the public set on him with all manner of weapons before handing him to police who took him for treatment.

The accused who was unrepresented and still nursing some of the injuries inflicted by members of the public denied the charge.

The magistrate released him on bond of Sh30,000 and a surety of the same or a cash bail of Sh15,000.

The case will come up for hearing on the 21st of February 2014.
