Kenyan fans will not be allowed to enter Nyayo National Stadium on Monday(15th November 2021) for the scheduled FIFA World Cup qualifier match between Kenya and Rwanda, newly formed Football Kenya Federation (FKF) caretaker committee secretariat Linda Ogutu said on Sunday.
Kenya, who are now under a caretaker committee following the disbandment of Football Kenya Federation by the government, will be seeking to end the qualifiers on a high note when they host Rwanda in their final Group E match of the 2022 Fifa World Cup qualifiers.
In a statement sent to Standard Sports desk, Ogutu informed Kenyan fans that only invited guests, officials and members of the media shall be allowed into the game subject to the accreditation procedure set up by the committee.
“The scheduled FIFA World Cup qualifier match between Kenya and Rwanda is set to take place as scheduled tomorrow 15th November 2021. March day arrangements have been put in place to ensure this game in a success,” Linda said in the statement.
“The match will kick off at 4pm at the Nyayo National Stadium. In this regard therefore kindly observe that NO fans shall be allowed into the Nyayo national stadium. Only invited guests, officials and members of the media shall be allowed in subject to the accreditation procedure set up by the committee.”
