Divock Origi's dad claims Liverpool are favourites to sign the Belgium World Cup striker from Lille.
However Mike Origi says another club want the teenager, who has been linked with Tottenham, and that his future should be resolved by Monday.
Liverpool have shaken on a £10million deal with Lille and have agreed to loan Origi back to the French club for next season.
The Reds have been waiting to confirm the transfer, but his father claims his son is still considering his future.
"The deal isn't done yet," Mike Origi told Mediahuis. "Liverpool is still the most concrete option.

"There's another team that shows interest. We want to take a decision soon. On Monday, Divock is expected back at for their first training session.
"We would like to have everything wrapped before that day."
